Professional & Clinical Supervision
For professionals in psychology, mental health, behaviour support and those working within education and disability services.
Supervision at Lotus Bee Serenity aligns practice with identity, weaving together professional skills with personal insight, values, and identity. Through a competency-informed lens, supervision supports reflective awareness, purposeful growth, and ethical, values-driven practice.

ABOUT DR DEE BARTRUM,
CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST
Dr Dee Bartrum is a clinical psychologist who honours each person’s story and offers thoughtful, compassionate support, guided by curiosity, connection and hope.
With a warm, grounded presence and a natural ability to connect, Dee’s approach is person-centred and informed by evidence-based practice. She is committed to working in an ethical, inclusive, and respectful manner with people from all backgrounds.
Dee’s love for the metaphor of the hero’s journey, which speaks to personal transformation through facing challenges, discovering new strengths, and returning changed, shapes her practice philosophy. She believes that reflection, connection and growth nurture personal development and contribute to meaningful, systemic change.
Dee holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology and brings over 19 years of experience to her work. She is a Board Approved supervisor.
